    Pros:

    * Bill with the new uniform is bad-ass!
* His piercing stare with "Luna's personal guard eyes" makes you think twice about crossing him!

    Cons:

    * None so far

    Conclusion:

    It's a defining moment for Bill to have his NLR Commando skin. Makes you really believe that he's really a soldier for the New Lunar Republic. This skin compliments well with the "Hell's Angels Francis skin", making them look like they really have moral differences!
